Protecting Wisconsin’s Wild & Working Lands

Southern Wisconsin Land Conservancy is a non-profit organization serving the lower, middle and upper Sugar River watersheds. We work with landowners seeking to protect cherished natural areas and working farms. Related services include helping landowners identify, restore and manage worthy conservation lands, and raising awareness about the value of land preservation. Strategies we use to protect land include conservation easements, deed restrictions, wetland mitigation banks and land acquisition.
